Agreement
By using kwadverse.com or any Kwadverse product, you agree to these terms. If you use a product on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf.
Use of our products
You may use our products only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the data you put into our products and for the activity under your account.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed as described on the relevant product page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Availability
We work hard to keep our products available and secure, but we provide them “as is” without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Termination
You may stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
